Relaxation can be part of the experience, but my sessions are structured around your goals, movement, areas of tension, and relevant daily habits. I do not diagnose or claim to treat the underlying cause of a medical condition.

Some techniques may feel intense, but treatment should remain tolerable. I will check in with you and adjust the pressure at any time. Please tell me immediately if you feel sharp, unusual, or worsening pain.

The number of sessions varies with your goals, response, and circumstances. We can review progress after each visit and decide together whether further sessions are useful. Persistent or worsening symptoms should be assessed by an authorised healthcare professional.

Responses vary. Some people notice easier movement, while others may experience temporary soreness for 24–48 hours. Soreness is not proof that treatment is working. Contact a healthcare professional if symptoms are severe, unusual, or persistent.

For a recent injury, marked swelling, severe pain, loss of function, neurological symptoms, fever, or other concerning signs, seek medical assessment before booking bodywork. If you are unsure, contact your doctor or emergency services as appropriate.
