Why the pain may return

LOOK BEYOND THE PAINFUL AREA

NECK & SCREEN TENSION

We look at screen time, breathing, jaw tension, shoulder position and movement — not only the place that hurts.

SHOULDER PAIN & REPEATED OVERLOAD

For recurring shoulder discomfort, we assess load, neck and upper-back movement, work habits and previous injury before deciding what to address.

RECURRING BACK PAIN

Hands-on work may reduce tension; pacing, movement confidence, sleep and everyday loading are considered to reduce repeated flare-ups.

LEG PAIN & SCIATICA-LIKE SYMPTOMS

Radiating pain, numbness or weakness may need medical assessment. Where appropriate, I support comfortable movement and refer when warning signs appear.

ARM & DESK STRAIN

We connect the irritated area with grip, shoulder and neck tension, workstation habits and recovery breaks.

JAW, BREATHING & NECK TENSION

Jaw tension can interact with stress, breathing, sleep and neck load. The aim is less guarding and easier everyday movement.
