1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by ZeroInflammations (“I”, “me”, “my”), including in-studio treatments, mobile home visits, and online coaching. By booking an appointment, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Health & Medical Disclaimer

I am a Bodywork Therapist, not a Medical Doctor.

• Scope of Practice: My services are designed to facilitate relaxation, reduce tension, and improve mobility. They are not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment.

• No Diagnosis: I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or perform spinal manipulations (chiropractic adjustments).

• Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to consult a physician for any physical or mental ailments. You must keep me updated on any changes to your health status, medications, or injuries before every session.

3. Booking & Cancellations

• 24-Hour Notice: To respect the time of other clients, I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged [e.g., 50% or 100%] of the session fee.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed. The full fee for the scheduled session will still apply.

4. Payments

• In-Person: Payment is due at the time of service via [Card / Cash / MobilePay / Vipps].

• Online Coaching: Payment for online sessions is required in advance to secure your booking.

• Refunds: Services specifically rendered (the time spent during the treatment or coaching) are non-refundable.

5. Client Conduct (Zero Tolerance)

• Professional Boundaries: All sessions are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will result in the immediate termination of the session. The full fee will be charged, and you will be banned from future appointments.

• Hygiene: Please arrive specifically for your appointment clean and having practiced good personal hygiene.

6. Mobile & Home Visits

For services provided at your location:

• Safe Environment: You agree to provide a safe, clean, and smoke-free environment for the session. I reserve the right to refuse service and leave immediately if I feel unsafe or if the environment is unsuitable.

• Parking & Access: You are responsible for ensuring there is suitable parking nearby.

• Animals: Please ensure pets are secured in another room during the treatment to avoid accidents or interruptions.

7. Online Coaching

• Technology: You are responsible for ensuring you have a working camera, microphone, and stable internet connection.

• Self-Application: During online sessions, I will guide you through self-release techniques. You agree to listen to your body and stop immediately if you experience sharp pain. You assume full responsibility for any exercises performed outside of my direct supervision.

8. Limitation of Liability

By choosing to participate in these services, you voluntarily assume the risk of injury or harm. You agree to release and hold harmless ZeroInflammations from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death occurring during or after the service, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway.
