Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Zero Inflammations, my goal is to provide exceptional bodywork and coaching to help you achieve lasting resilience. Because my services involve reserving my time and utilizing my professional expertise, the following policies apply to all single bookings and package purchases.
1. Treatment Packages (Purchased Online)
When you purchase a multi-session package via my online store, you are committing to a comprehensive treatment plan.

Unused Packages: If you purchase a package and change your mind before booking your first session, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

Partially Used Packages: If you begin your treatment plan but need to stop for unexpected medical reasons or relocation, you may be refunded the remaining balance. The sessions you have already completed will be calculated at the standard single-session rate, and the remaining amount from your package price will be refunded to your original payment method.

Expiration: All treatment packages are valid for 12 Months from the date of purchase. Expired, unused sessions are non-refundable.
2. Single Appointments (Booked Online)
When you book a single session, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

Completed Sessions: Once a treatment or online coaching session has been provided, the fee is strictly non-refundable.

24-Hour Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty. Any prepayments or deposits will be fully refunded or credited to your next session.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, are not eligible for a refund. A cancellation fee of 100% of the session cost will apply.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you need to request a refund for an unused or partially used package, or if you have a billing question regarding your online booking, please reach out directly:

Please include your full name and order/booking number. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your bank statement.
