Iām Edy Nagy. Since 2007, I have worked hands-on with people who live with recurring neck, shoulder, back, jaw and movement-related discomfort.
I noticed a pattern: treatment could calm the sore area, but the problem often returned when workload, movement, breathing, sleep, stress, recovery or an unresolved medical issue stayed unchanged.
ZeroInflammations grew from one question: what keeps the body in a pattern of repeated irritation or overload? Inflammation can be part of the picture, but it is not the explanation for every pain. I combine manual therapy with careful observation, education and practical habits. I look at the sore area, but I also ask what may be maintaining the pattern and what is realistically within your control.
First, we clarify what you feel, when it appears and what has already been medically investigated.
Then we use manual therapy and movement to test what changes. You leave with one or two specific actions ā not a long list of impossible rules.
I do not diagnose disease or promise cures. If your symptoms need medical assessment, I will say so and refer you to the appropriate health professional.
