1. Introduction<\/h3>

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by ZeroInflammations<\/b> (“I”, “me”, “my”), including in-studio treatments, mobile home visits, and online coaching. By booking an appointment, you agree to comply with these Terms.<\/p>

2. Health & Medical Disclaimer<\/h3>

I am a Bodywork Therapist, not a Medical Doctor.<\/b><\/p>

  • Scope of Practice:<\/b> My services are designed to facilitate relaxation, reduce tension, and improve mobility. They are not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment.<\/p><\/li>

  • No Diagnosis:<\/b> I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or perform spinal manipulations (chiropractic adjustments).<\/p><\/li>

  • Your Responsibility:<\/b> It is your responsibility to consult a physician for any physical or mental ailments. You must keep me updated on any changes to your health status, medications, or injuries before<\/i> every session.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    3. Booking & Cancellations<\/h3>

    • 24-Hour Notice:<\/b> To respect the time of other clients, I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice<\/b> to cancel or reschedule an appointment.<\/p><\/li>

    • Late Cancellations & No-Shows:<\/b> Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged [e.g., 50% or 100%]<\/b> of the session fee.<\/p><\/li>

    • Late Arrivals:<\/b> If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed. The full fee for the scheduled session will still apply.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      4. Payments<\/h3>

      • In-Person:<\/b> Payment is due at the time of service via [Card \/ Cash \/ MobilePay \/ Vipps].<\/p><\/li>

      • Online Coaching:<\/b> Payment for online sessions is required in advance<\/b> to secure your booking.<\/p><\/li>

      • Refunds:<\/b> Services specifically rendered (the time spent during the treatment or coaching) are non-refundable.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        5. Client Conduct (Zero Tolerance)<\/h3>

        • Professional Boundaries:<\/b> All sessions are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will result in the immediate termination<\/b> of the session. The full fee will be charged, and you will be banned from future appointments.<\/p><\/li>

        • Hygiene:<\/b> Please arrive specifically for your appointment clean and having practiced good personal hygiene.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          6. Mobile & Home Visits<\/h3>

          For services provided at your location:<\/p>

          • Safe Environment:<\/b> You agree to provide a safe, clean, and smoke-free environment for the session. I reserve the right to refuse service and leave immediately if I feel unsafe or if the environment is unsuitable.<\/p><\/li>

          • Parking & Access:<\/b> You are responsible for ensuring there is suitable parking nearby.<\/p><\/li>

          • Animals:<\/b> Please ensure pets are secured in another room during the treatment to avoid accidents or interruptions.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            7. Online Coaching<\/h3>

            • Technology:<\/b> You are responsible for ensuring you have a working camera, microphone, and stable internet connection.<\/p><\/li>

            • Self-Application:<\/b> During online sessions, I will guide you through self-release techniques. You agree to listen to your body and stop immediately if you experience sharp pain. You assume full responsibility for any exercises performed outside of my direct supervision.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              8. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>

              By choosing to participate in these services, you voluntarily assume the risk of injury or harm. You agree to release and hold harmless ZeroInflammations<\/strong>\u00a0from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death occurring during or after the service, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.<\/p>

              9. Governing Law<\/h3>

              These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway<\/b>.<\/p>
